The agenda included a review of the new financial bylaw, as well as the Federation’s plans and strategies for the year 2026. Mechanisms for comprehensive development in the upcoming phase were examined, with a focus on strengthening institutional performance and long-term planning.

In his remarks, Federation President Yassin Al-Mashaan stressed that the Federation remains open to all qualified personnel wishing to contribute, describing the annual conference as a key milestone for laying the foundations of the next stage. He noted that the Federation’s approach is based on institutional work, teamwork, adherence to legal frameworks, and the implementation of ambitious development plans.

The conference also witnessed extensive discussions on advancing training and refereeing systems, improving financial planning, raising the efficiency of coaches and referees, supporting athletes, and expanding the fan base of martial arts sports under the Federation’s umbrella.

The conference proceedings were followed and supervised by Dr. Shifu SGM Mohieddin Jawich, Media Supervisor for Aikido activities, Supervisor of the Damascus City Committee, and a member of the Syrian Martial Arts Federation.
