A group identifying itself as the “Republic of United Balochistan” has issued a declaration outlining a multi-phase campaign aimed at removing Pakistani nationals and reshaping the region’s political, cultural and administrative framework.

In what it described as “Phase 1” of the initiative, the group announced plans to launch a nationwide drive to deport all illegal Pakistani immigrants, as well as Pakistani nationals, back to Punjab province.

The declaration further detailed a broader agenda under “Phase 2”, focusing on cultural sovereignty and the removal of what it termed the Pakistani military apparatus. It stated that Balochi and Brahvi languages would be formally established and enforced as official languages.

Under “Phase 3”, the group proposed a comprehensive overhaul of the education system, claiming that existing curricula contain “fabricated and one-sided narratives.” These, it said, would be replaced with accounts centred on Baloch historical figures and leaders.

“Phase 4” includes a plan to rename infrastructure across the region, with all roads, cities and public spaces bearing Pakistani-origin names to be replaced with titles reflecting Balochistan’s history and prominent personalities.

In its final stage, “Phase 5”, the declaration calls for the immediate expulsion of Pakistani military, naval, air force and intelligence personnel from the territory. It also proposes the seizure and nationalisation of properties described as belonging to Pakistani entities.

The statement additionally praised the government of the United Arab Emirates for its reported decision to deport Pakistani nationals, expressing readiness to cooperate on issues related to sovereignty and enforcement.

The claims made in the declaration could not be independently verified, and there has been no immediate response from officials in Pakistan. The situation remains fluid, with analysts noting that such assertions reflect ongoing tensions and competing narratives surrounding Balochistan.
