International Desk: Violence and insecurity continue to haunt Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province, where a remotely controlled improvised explosive device (IED) targeting a vehicle killed three brothers on Sunday, police said.
The blast took place near the Killi Bakhtiyar Khan area of Luni Tehsil in Duki district, according to a senior police official.
Duki Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mansoor Ahmed Buzdar said the three brothers were travelling in their pick-up truck towards their fields when the IED was detonated remotely. All three were killed in the explosion, while one of their relatives sustained injuries.
