
New Delhi/Goa: Shri. Subeer Paull, National President of the Indian Chambers of Commerce for SC ST and Women Entrepreneurs (ICCSWE), met Shri. Ramesh Tawadkar, Minister of Tribal Welfare, Youth and Sports and Culture, Government of Goa, to discuss matters related to tribal welfare, youth development, sports promotion, cultural advancement, and sustainable environmental initiatives.
The meeting was attended by Shri. R. C. Kataria, Advisor (Environment) of ICCSWE, New Delhi. The delegation held detailed discussions with the Hon’ble Minister on collaborative opportunities aimed at empowering SC, ST, and women entrepreneurs through skill development, entrepreneurship support, cultural preservation, and eco-friendly development initiatives.
During the interaction, Shri. Subeer Paull highlighted the role of ICCSWE in promoting inclusive economic growth and supporting marginalized communities across the country. He emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships between industry bodies and state governments to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for tribal youth and women entrepreneurs.
Shri. Ramesh Tawadkar appreciated the initiatives undertaken by ICCSWE and expressed the Government of Goa’s commitment towards welfare-oriented and youth-centric programs. He also stressed the significance of preserving tribal culture and promoting sports and entrepreneurship among the younger generation.
Shri. R. C. Kataria shared insights on environmental sustainability and the need to integrate green development practices into future community and entrepreneurial programs.
The meeting concluded on a positive note with both sides expressing interest in future collaborations for social empowerment, environmental awareness, and inclusive economic development in Goa and other regions of the country.
