Sheraz Malik, a Pakistani refugee, has been handed a harsh 10-year prison sentence in Britain for brutally raping an 18-year-old woman. The court exposed how Malik preyed on the young woman’s intoxicated and vulnerable state to commit this vile act. After serving his sentence, this predator will remain under strict supervision for another four years.
The attack occurred on June 29, 2025, at Sutton Lawn Park. The victim, drinking with a friend, was left alone after the friend departed, trusting Malik and his associates to watch over her. Instead, Malik dragged her to a secluded spot and violated her. Adding insult to injury, the fiend shamelessly asked her afterward, “Did you enjoy it?” This callous question sparked widespread outrage, with many declaring Malik less than human—worse than an animal.
Despite Malik’s lies during the trial claiming consensual sex, the jury saw through his deceit and found him guilty on two rape charges. The terrified victim testified she was too scared to resist. The court confirmed she was intoxicated, isolated, and helpless—conditions Malik mercilessly exploited. When she fought back, Malik viciously attacked her head and face.
Judge Simon Ash KC condemned the crime as profoundly serious and inflicting lasting trauma on the victim’s life. In her statement, the victim revealed the attack devastated her, causing ongoing psychological torment and nightmares.
Investigations uncovered Malik’s background: born in Pakistan, he lived in Italy, Germany, and France before arriving in the UK less than a year prior. The court stressed the absolute necessity of delivering justice and protecting victims from such depraved criminals. Malik’s severe sentence and extended monitoring send a clear message: predators like him will face the full force of the law.
Britain demands zero tolerance for such barbarity. This brutal act and Malik’s shameless attitude expose the depths of his inhumanity—justice has been served, but the scars remain.
