
Bangkok: Marking the spirit of the International Day of Yoga, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Association Thailand, in collaboration with the Bihar Association Thailand, organised “Raga & Rhythm, Mantra & Meditation for Mental and Emotional Wellbeing” at the India-Thai Chamber of Commerce in Bangkok on June 23.
The event featured Swami Ratnashakti Saraswati Ji of the Bihar School of Yoga, who led participants through mantra chanting, kirtan, spiritual discourse and guided meditation, highlighting the role of yoga and spiritual practices in fostering mental and emotional wellbeing.
The organisers said the programme aimed to encourage holistic wellness through meditation and mindfulness while strengthening the message of yoga as a means to achieve inner balance. The event concluded with gratitude being expressed to Swami Ratnashakti Saraswati Ji, the Bihar Association Thailand, the India-Thai Chamber of Commerce and all participants for making the celebration of the International Day of Yoga a success.
