Chennai: Takshashila University, a multidisciplinary State Private University at Ongur near Tindivanam in Tamil Nadu, is strengthening its position as a leading destination for higher education with its focus on academic excellence, research, innovation and global engagement.
Established under the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019, and recognised under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956, the University draws inspiration from the legacy of the ancient Takshashila, one of the world’s earliest centres of learning.
