The Republic of Balochistan has issued a strong warning to Pakistan, demanding the immediate withdrawal of Pakistani naval, air, and military forces from what it calls the sovereign waters of Bahr-e-Balochistan.

In a statement released Sunday, Baloch representatives strongly condemned Pakistan’s naval operation “Muhafiz-al-Bahr,” calling it an illegal military occupation and a violation of Baloch sovereignty. Baloch authorities said the deployment of Pakistan’s navy and warships in the region represents aggression against the Baloch nation and its maritime territory.

The statement declared that Pakistan has “no legitimate claim” over Balochistan’s coastline or waters, arguing that the continued presence of Pakistani armed forces on Baloch land, sea, and airspace violates international law and the right of nations to self-determination.

Baloch officials further accused Pakistan of exploiting Balochistan’s natural resources, ports, and strategic coastline without the consent of the Baloch people, warning that the militarization of the region threatens regional stability and maritime security in the Arabian Sea.

The Republic of Balochistan called on the international community, democratic nations, and global institutions to intervene and pressure Pakistan to withdraw its forces from Baloch territory.

“Continued silence in the face of this occupation only emboldens violations of international law and the suppression of the Baloch nation,” the statement said.

Despite the escalating tensions, Baloch leaders said they remain committed to peaceful cooperation and responsible development of their maritime resources, but insisted that foreign military domination over Baloch land and waters will never be accepted.

The statement concluded with a final demand that Pakistan immediately halt all military operations in Bahr-e-Balochistan and respect the sovereignty and national rights of the Baloch people.
