New Delhi: Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Sr. Sec. School, Vivek Vihar, hosted the HT LitFest Preview 2026 in association with HT Pace, bringing together nearly 650 students from Classes III to XII representing around 25 schools for an engaging celebration of literature, creativity and performing arts.
The literary and cultural extravaganza provided students an opportunity to interact with authors, storytellers, radio professionals and performing artists through a series of specially curated sessions.
Students of Classes III to V participated in an engaging storytelling session conducted by Swetcha Pershad, whose expressive narration and imaginative presentation encouraged young learners to explore the joy of stories and develop a deeper appreciation for literature.
For students of Classes VI to VIII, author Divya Gupta Kotawala led an insightful interaction on the creative process behind writing, character development and storytelling. Students actively engaged with the author and gained insights into the world of books and authorship.
Students of Classes IX to XII took part in an exciting RJ Workshop conducted by RJ Ilahi and Mr Kartik, where they explored radio presentation, communication skills, voice modulation and techniques for engaging audiences.
Adding a musical dimension to the celebration, Ankur Sharan, Head of Rhythm Shala, conducted an energetic Djembe Session for participating students. The interactive activity brought together rhythm, music and collective expression.
The HT LitFest Preview 2026 was widely appreciated by students, teachers and participating schools. Chairman Anurup Sharma, Director Dr Urmila Sharma and Head of School Saumya A. Sharma also graced the occasion.
The event successfully created a vibrant platform bringing together literature, creativity, communication and performing arts, offering young minds a memorable and enriching learning experience.
