New Delhi: Delhi BJP Vice President Vikram Bidhuri has hit out at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) over its allegations concerning bicycle procurement, questioning the party’s repeated claims without presenting any concrete proof.
Bidhuri said AAP was unnecessarily wasting time and energy by raising doubts over a transparent procurement process conducted through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
He also criticised the AAP’s 11-year rule in Delhi, alleging that the former Kejriwal-led government neglected students and failed to adequately address their needs and welfare.
Questioning the timing of the allegations, Bidhuri asked why AAP was raising the issue now instead of examining its own record of governance and accountability.
He maintained that the procurement process should not be questioned without concrete evidence.
