NEW DELHI: Senior Indian BJP leader Dr Vijay Jolly joined diplomats, business leaders and technocrats in celebrating the 217th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Ecuador at a star-studded event held at the Taj Mansingh Hotel in New Delhi.

Dr Jolly warmly greeted H.E. Fernando Bucheli, Ambassador of Ecuador to India, during the celebrations, underscoring the enduring friendship and close ties between India and Ecuador.
The event was attended by Shri Pabitra Margherita, Union Minister of State for External Affairs, Government of India, as the Chief Guest, along with several ambassadors, prominent businessmen and technocrats.
The gathering widely appreciated India’s diplomatic outreach under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with the growing India-Ecuador relationship receiving particular recognition.
Dr Jolly extended his greetings on the occasion and reaffirmed the spirit of friendship between the two nations, saying: “Long Live India-Ecuador Friendship. Jai Hind.”
